Service

Quotely Freight provides workflow assistance for collecting shipment documents, preparing invoice drafts and supporting materials, tracking billing status, and assisting with approved payment follow-up. Founding-pilot workflows may combine software with human review.

Customer approval and accuracy

You remain responsible for reviewing and approving invoices, messages, recipients, amounts, tax treatment, shipment details, and supporting documents. Quotely Freight does not act as a customs broker, freight forwarder, accountant, attorney, debt collector, or financial institution and does not provide legal, tax, customs, or regulatory advice.

Authorized use

You must have authority to provide all data and documents used with the service and to contact each recipient. You agree to use the service lawfully and not submit prohibited, fraudulent, or unnecessarily sensitive information.

Pilot pricing and billing

The founding plan is $199 per month for the scope displayed at enrollment, unless a written order states otherwise. Any applicable taxes are additional. The pilot is month-to-month and may be canceled before the next billing period. Work outside the agreed scope requires separate approval.

No guaranteed outcome

Quotely Freight may help reduce administrative work and billing delays, but does not guarantee payment, collection, document acceptance, revenue, savings, legal compliance, or business results. Examples and dashboard figures shown on the website are illustrative.

Confidentiality

Each party will use reasonable care to protect non-public business information received from the other and use it only to provide or receive the service, except where disclosure is required by law.

Availability and liability

The service is provided on an “as available” basis during the founding pilot. To the fullest extent permitted by law, ClimbHigherCo, LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or lost-profit damages. Any direct liability is limited to the amount paid for the service during the three months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Termination

Either party may end a month-to-month pilot. We may suspend service for unlawful use, security risk, nonpayment, or material breach. On request, we will reasonably assist with returning or deleting active pilot materials, subject to legal and backup-retention requirements.

Changes and contact

We may update these terms as the service develops. Material changes apply prospectively. Questions may be sent to support@quotelyinvoice.com.
